Our mission is to solve the "unskilled engineer" paradox in India by delivering high-level content, research-driven innovation, and a curriculum that prioritizes Technology Quotient (TQ) over rote learning.
II. Our History: From Startup to Talent Foundry
Founded in 2018, Corpnce was born out of a critical observation: India produces the world's second-highest number of engineers, yet a vast majority lack the industry-ready skills for the AI era.
Starting as an elite training boutique in Rajajinagar, Corpnce quickly evolved. We integrated a Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology and became the first in India to introduce the concept of Technology Quotient (TQ)—a unique metric to evaluate a professional's future technology adaptability.
Over the years, we have expanded from a training institute into a multi-vertical organization, launching a SaaS division for autonomous business tools and a Consultancy arm that helps global MNCs and startups navigate complex data architectures.
